Net Deposit Limits: All you need to know...
Part of our commitment to Responsible Gambling involves the Net Deposit Limit, one of your two Financial Limits, which allows you to control the amount of money you can deposit on our sites within a chosen time frame. Below are answers to some common questions about how it works.
How do I set a Net Deposit Limit?
You can set a Daily, Weekly or Monthly (28-day) Net Deposit Limit by going to:
My Account > Play Responsibly > Deposit Limits.
Limits can be set from £10 up to £10,000.
At your first deposit, you'll be able to set either a Net Deposit Limit or a Deposit Limit — not both at once.
A Net Deposit Limit is calculated using your net deposits, which means your total deposits minus any withdrawals made during that same period.
Example: if you set a £20 Net Deposit Limit, deposit £20, and then withdraw £10, you'll have £10 remaining available within your limit.
You can always deposit less than your selected limit — the limit simply sets the maximum amount you can deposit within the chosen time period.
How long does a Net Deposit Limit last?
Your Net Deposit Limit will remain active until you choose to change or remove it.
Daily limits reset each day at midnight.
Weekly and Monthly limits operate on a rolling basis starting from the date the limit was set:
- A Weekly limit resets every 7 days from when it was set. For example, if you set it on a Wednesday, it will reset each Wednesday.
- A Monthly limit resets every 28 days from when it was set, rather than on the same date each calendar month.
How do I change my Net Deposit Limit?
You can change your Net Deposit Limit at any time by visiting:
My Account > Play Responsibly > Deposit Limits.
Whether a change takes effect immediately depends on the type of change you are making.
- Decreasing your limit amount will take effect immediately.
- Changing to a longer time period (for example from Daily to Weekly) will also take effect immediately.
- Increasing your limit amount requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
If you request an increase, the change will become available after 24 hours. At that point you will need to confirm the change on the Deposit page for it to take effect.
This cooling-off period is a responsible gambling safeguard which gives you time to reconsider the change before it becomes active.
Can I set both a Net Deposit Limit and Deposit Limit?
No, you are unable to set both a Net Deposit Limit and a Deposit Limit. If you would like to change the type of limit that you have, please head to the Play Responsibly page.
New Player Limits
We apply a daily Net Deposit Limit to all new players when an account is created. This limit runs for each 24-hour period from the time the account was opened.
