If you've been asked to send in documents to verify your account then there's a few places where you can send them.
If you've been asked to provide a copy of your driving license or passport to verify your age or address, you'll need to speak with our Verification Team. Alternatively, if you've been asked to provide bank statements or proof of earnings as part of our Source of Funds Verification Process, you can contact our Customer Due Diligence Team.
The documents you need to provide should have either been communicated to you by email or via your account on site, however, if you're unsure which documents to provide, our 24/7 Customer Support Team should be able to clarify for you, just click the Live Chat button in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
The process for a standard age or address verification should take no longer than 24 hours, however it can take up to 5 working days to verify your income or other information.
