As part of our licensing agreement, we and all other operators must ensure that accounts held with us are verified. Sometimes, this means we need to request a few documents from you just to verify your age or registered address.
You should have received details either via email or on your account regarding the specific documents that are required to verify your account, but the documents we request are normally, but not limited to:
- Driving licence, ID card or Passport; and
- A utility bill (gas, electricity or water bill) or bank statement dated within the last 3 months
- A picture of the front your payment card with the middle eight digits covered.
Your personal information will always be safe and secure.
