When will I receive my withdrawal?
You can withdraw from your account at any time, provided that you do not have any outstanding verification requests and that your balance is above £10.
Please note that for security reasons, we operate a "Closed Loop" policy which means you must withdraw back to the last method that you deposited from. If you have used a method where this is not possible, such as Apple Pay, you may be asked to provide documents.
Once requested, we will process your winnings within 4-24 hours. Once processed, the time it takes your funds to reach your account will be different depending on your withdrawal method. Please check the options below to find the timescales specific to you:
Visa Debit/Direct
If your card provider is with VISA Debit, this can take up to 3 working days for the funds to be cleared into your bank account. If your card provider is with VISA Direct, your funds should be in your bank account within 4 hours.
Mastercard
If your card provider is with MasterCard, then this can take up to 1 working day for the funds to be cleared into your bank account.
Bank
This can take up to 1 working day to be cleared into your bank account.
If you have requested your withdrawal on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take longer for your funds to reach you due to banks having longer processing times over the weekend. Rest assured, if your payment is showing as "Processed" on your payment history then we have sent the money to your bank.
Tracking your withdrawal:
You can check the status of your withdrawal at any time by going to My Account > History > Payment History. You will see one of the following statuses:
Pending
This means the funds are still being processed by us. We will normally do this within 4 hours.
Processed
Your funds have been processed by us and we're just waiting for your provider to confirm they have received the funds.
Successful
This means your card provider’s automated systems have received the funds and they will be in your available balance in the time frames discussed above.
