We're making a change to Sports on the Rainbow Riches Casino website. Click on a question below to find out more:
What's changing?
We're removing the option to switch between the two versions of our Sports site. From now on, you'll use our new Sports site only.
When is this happening?
The change will happen on the 19th October.
Will I still be able to bet on sports on the website?
Yes! You can carry on betting on sports on our website as normal.
Do I need to do anything?
No, you don't need to do anything. You'll use the same account and the same login details.
What happens to my open bets and balance?
Your open bets and balance won't be affected. You'll be able to see all your bets on our Sports site, whichever version you placed them on.
Will my Sports Rewards still be available?
Yes, all your existing Sports Rewards will still be available. They're just in a different place, so you won't find them in My Bets.
To use a reward, tap the present icon next to the stake box on your betslip. You can see all your available rewards in the banner at the top of your betslip, or on the Rewards page.
Please note that some rewards may look slightly different, but you'll still be able to use them as normal.
Can I still bet on horse racing and greyhounds?
Yes, you can bet on horse racing and greyhounds on our new Sports site. We're also adding some further horse racing features over the coming weeks.
Does this affect the App?
No, nothing is changing in the App.
Does this affect bingo or casino games?
No, this change only affects Sports. Everything else on the site stays the same.
