How Long Does It Take?
Most age verification checks are completed within minutes. If documents are needed, we aim to review them within 48 hours. In some cases, it may take slightly longer if further checks are needed.
Your account will remain restricted until the verification process is complete.
How Do I Upload Documents?
If requested, you will receive an email with instructions on how to securely upload your documents via your account. Alternatively, you may email them to our dedicated verification team.
What Happens If I Can’t Verify My Age?
If you are unable to provide sufficient proof of age:
