How do I update my payment details?
You can update your payment details on site providing that your balance is below £1 and you have no pending withdrawals.
Simply head to My Account > Deposit Funds and you will see options available to either 'Update Method' (if your expiry date has changed but the card number remains the same) or 'Add Method' if you wish to add a new card to your account.
If you're looking to update your withdrawal method, simply head to My Account > Withdraw and select 'Update Bank Details'. If you're looking to withdraw a balance and the card shown has expired or been cancelled, you can still request a withdrawal to this payment method and providing the registered bank account is the same, the funds will reach your account.
