We provide several easy-to-use tools to help you manage your play and ensure your experience remains enjoyable and within your comfort levels:
Spend Limit
Take control of your finances by setting daily, weekly, or monthly spend limits. We'll notify you when you reach these limits. A spend limit is typically calculated as your total deposits minus any withdrawals within the chosen period. You can set these limits in your account settings.
Spend Limit Reminder
You can also choose how often you’d like to be reminded to review your limits.
Session Limit
Gaming session limits allow you to specify the maximum amount of time you wish to play. Once the time you’ve set expires, your gaming session will end, and you will no longer be able to wager until your session limit is up.
Once set, you will be unable to increase your time limit until your current time limit period has expired. Our Customer Support Team cannot override or change any limits you set.
Session Reminder
You can typically set a reminder to be notified during your session.
Account Cool Off
You can take a break from your account at any time for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks. You can select your preferred cool-off duration in your account settings.
Your account break will end automatically after the selected time period. After this, you will be able to log in and access your account.
If you wish to Cool Off from any other accounts you hold within our group, you will need to do this per-account, or by contacting Customer Support.
Account Self Exclusion
You can choose to Self Exclude for a longer time period (between 6 months and 5 years). If you choose to do this, it will typically close all your accounts across the Gamesys Group, should you have any others. We'd also recommend you do the same on all other gambling websites too.
You can only log in to your account again once you contact Customer Support after the end of your Self Exclusion period.
