I have forgotten my password, what should I do?
If you've forgotten some of the details that you need to be able to log into your account, there's a few ways to fix this so we can get you back in and enjoying our games...
If you've forgotten your password...
If you've forgotten your password then you'll need a few things to be able to reset it:
- The email address registered to your account.
- The Date of Birth registered to your account.
Simply head to the Login page and then click 'Forgotten Details?'. Enter the two pieces of information mentioned above and then click 'Confirm'. You should receive an email within the next 5 minutes that will allow you to reset your password and then log in. If you have any problems receiving the email then click here for more guidance on how to fix it.
If you've forgotten your username OR email address...
There's nothing to worry about if you've forgotten one of these but you can remember the other. You can log into your account using either of these, so if you can remember one if them, you should have no problems.
If you've forgotten your username AND email address...
