How can I tell if an email from you is legitimate?
Our emails will always have our web address written somewhere after the @ symbol and we would always use your username or name, rather than "Dear Valued Customer".
We never ask for your password at any time. If you’re not sure an email is from us, please contact our Customer Support Team.
How do I stop scam emails & phishing fraudsters?
We take your security very seriously and work hard to ensure your private details are protected. To achieve this, we use firewalls and heavy encryptions. Only you have access to your information through logging in to your account.
Don't give your personal information out as a reply to any suspicious emails. Ours are always safe, but if you're not sure don't take the risk. The best response when you receive such an email is either to delete or forward it, (without clicking any links) to our Customer Support Team and we will investigate the origin.
We never ask for your password or full payment details via email. Phishing emails are illegal but working together we can help safeguard your information.
Fraudsters probably won't use your name
Be wary of emails addressed to 'Dear Valued Customer' or emails that call you by the wrong name.
Our emails may refer to you by your Username or your first name only.
How do I check the links in emails to ensure they are safe?
Fraudulent websites often use addresses (also known as URL's) that are very close to the legitimate website address. If in doubt, please manually enter the correct URL that you would expect to take you to our website – rather than clicking on a link.
Would you ever ask for my personal details in an email?
We may at times ask for your personal details in an email, but this would only be if you have contacted us from an email address that is not registered on your account. By asking for your details, we can then locate your account within our systems. However, we would never ask you for your login details or payments details such as your full card number or security code.
What should I do if I receive an email from you that looks suspicious?
We'd always want you to be safe when playing online and receiving emails. If you're ever unsure if a message is from ourselves, you're very welcome to get in touch so that we can investigate this further.
