Where do I send my documents to verify my income?
We want to make this process as seamless as possible, therefore we have provided three ways in which you can send us your documents.
To verify your income, a recent bank statement in PDF format, which shows both your income and deposits to the site is usually required, however, it can vary, depending on the source of your income. Always refer to the email you have received from us, which will contain all the information we require to verify your account.
Whilst we understand that this process may feel intrusive, this isn’t our intention, we simply want to uphold our responsibilities and abide by the regulations laid out by the UK Gambling Commission, for the protection of yourself and for all our customers.
Option 1 – Email
You can simply reply to the email received from us, requesting the documentation, alternatively, you have the option to send it via email at docs@rainbowrichescasino.com.
Option 2 – Live Chat
Click on the chat icon on the bottom right corner of the screen and select the 'Speak to Agent' option. You will be able to upload the documents securely through live chat and they will be passed to the verification team.
Option 3 – Virtual Assistant – Upload Docs
Click on the chat button in the bottom right corner of your screen and when prompted, select the 'Verify My Documents’ option to upload your documents securely. Your documents will automatically get passed to our verification team.
Regardless of which option you choose, please rest assured that any information you provide will be treated as strictly confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy and would not be used for any other purpose than to fulfil our regulatory requirements.
