Congratulations on your lovely prize win! We will call or email you within 72 hours of the win to confirm that you wish to receive the prize. Please follow any instructions on the email that we send and ensure that your account details are up-to-date. You can check or amend these by going to My Account > Manage Details.

Once you’ve confirmed that you wish to receive your prize, we aim to dispatch this within 7 to 10 working days. Please then allow up to 30 working days for delivery. Please bear in mind that weekends and Bank Holidays do not count as working days.

If you've won a Lifestyle e-voucher, it will be sent to the inbox of the email registered on your account from evoucher@txns.motivates.co.uk. If you've won any other voucher, this will come from another third-party supplier email address. Make sure you check your spam or junk folders as well.

If it is a physical voucher, it will be sent to the address registered on your account via Royal Mail.
