If you requested a card withdrawal and the funds have been returned to your account balance, it is possible that your card issuer is rejecting the withdrawal. Much like with deposits, your card issuer may sometimes decline the transactions.
Normally this happens when your active card has expired. If your active payment card has expired, please add a new card, and request another withdrawal to the new card.
Alternatively, you will be presented with the option to withdraw directly to your bank account, where the withdrawal will be reviewed and processed within 24 hours, and then we kindly ask you to allow 1 business day for your bank to clear the funds.
