Accounts suspended due to Self-Exclusion cannot be re-opened for any reason until the time period has expired. Upon expiry of the Self-Exclusion period, you may request to re-open a suspended account by contacting our 24/7 Customer Support Team with the details of the account you wish to re-open.
Any request to re-open an account previously closed due to Self-Exclusion will be subject to our approval and a 24-hour review period. You may withdraw your request to re-open your account at any time during the 24-hour review period.
