How do I report inappropriate behaviour?
If you feel that someone has breached our Chat Guidelines and it’s been missed by a Host, please either report this to a Host or our Customer Support Team. We’d need to know the member’s username, the time of the incident, the name of the Host in the room at the time, the room name and what happened. This would then be reviewed further, and the appropriate action would then be taken, such as a Chat Ban.
