Touch ID is enabled on my device but is not being offered when I use the App, what should I do?
If you have previously used Touch ID on the app, you will need to re-enable it if:
- Touch ID has not been used on the device in the last 48 hours.
- The app has not been used in the last 10 days.
- The device has been restarted or re-set since the last time Touch ID was used.
- The app has not been updated.
