My game has frozen
My game has frozen while playing, what should I do?
All our games play out on our secure server, so you’d never miss out on the results even if you don’t see the conclusion of the spin on your screen. The game may play out without being visible on-screen, or it may wait for you to return.
First, refresh the page or leave the game and return – this should cause the game to start up from the point it froze, or it will update your balance to show the outcome. You can check the result by going to My Account > History > Gaming History.
If this doesn’t resolve your issue, please try clearing your Temporary Internet Files.

What if this doesn’t work?
Restarting your device and internet router can resolve many simple connection issues. When restarting your router, please make sure you wait the minimum recommended time before turning it back on. This can vary be device but is normally a minimum of 10 seconds.
Updating your browser, operating system or native application to the latest version is also likely to reduce freezing or connection issues. Our sites and games are always optimised for the latest software versions.
