How do I access my Reward History?
Simply click Menu > My Account > History > Reward History.
This will show a record of any reward you've received over the last 30 days. We'd also send out an email to confirm when one was credited to your account, and to let you know of any offers we've sent to take part in!
How do I use the Reward History to track my rewards?
When you first go to ‘Reward History’ you will see a page entitled ‘Reward Descriptions'. This lists every reward type that it’s possible to get, with a brief description of what it would be awarded for.
Please note that not every reward will be given to every member over the lifetime of their account, and some can be given several times!
For example, Birthday Rewards are given to a small number of members at the discretion of the Loyalty Team, but a ‘Slots Promotion Reward’ would be given every time you successfully complete a Slots Promotion.
How far back can I view my Reward History from?
You can choose the time period that you wish to look at, and this will show every reward that has been applied to your balance (or removed) within that time. If a reward appears on this page it means it has already been added to your playing account balance.
What happens if I don’t remember receiving a reward that appears on here?
It’s only possible for a reward to appear on this page if it has already been credited to your account balance.
Rewards can be added at any time, including during game play, so it’s possible to receive a reward and then spend it straight away. Additionally, sometimes the email we send you to confirm a reward has been added can be delayed and so, the credit may have already been added by the time the email comes through.
