Transaction History
How do I use the Transaction History to track withdrawals?
There are various statuses that indicate how far the money has progressed through the withdrawal process:
Pending - Withdrawals show as Pending before we send them out from our own systems. As soon as you select to make a withdrawal, it will show as 'Pending'. It normally takes up to 24 hours to leave our systems. These can be cancelled by clicking on "Cancel" next to the pending withdrawal.
Processed - Any withdrawals that have been sent out from our own systems will show as Processed. At this stage the money is no longer with us so the withdrawal can't be cancelled.
Successful - For Debit Card withdrawals it will update to show Successful when the card provider has confirmed that they have received the money and that it is in your account. For withdrawals to other payment methods, it will update to Successful at the time that we have sent the money out.
When a withdrawal updates to show 'Successful' the time and date of the withdrawal will update to the time and date that the status changed, and NOT the time and date that the withdrawal was initially requested. This means that if you request a withdrawal on Monday and it becomes Successful on Wednesday, the date and time that show will be Wednesday even though you initially requested it on Monday.
Failed - If your withdrawal shows as 'Failed', this can be due to several reasons. For further information about why a withdrawal could fail, please click here.
How do I use the Transaction History to check deposits?
The Transaction History will show the time and date of any deposits that have been made. These show at the time that you made the deposit onto your Rainbow Riches Casino account, and not the time that the funds were removed from your card/bank balance.
Please remember that there can be a delay of up to 48 working hours between the time that will show on the Rainbow Riches Casino account and the time that will show on your bank statement, depending on how quickly your bank updates your statement to reflect any payments. If your deposit shows as 'Failed', this usually means that the transaction has been declined by the payment provider.
