You can be selected for offers that appear in Pop-Up messages on your account. These can pop up while you are playing or when you log in, and you can find out all the details on the home page.
What offers can I get?
There are a few different types of offer that you might see! These are:
- Cash Offers
- Daily Play Offers
- Cashback Offers
- Deposit Bonus Offers
Please make sure you follow the correct steps depending on which of the four offers you receive, as outlined below:
How do I claim my Cash Offer?
The Pop-Up message will say 'You've been selected for a fantastic cash reward! Claim your reward in....' and a countdown will appear. You will also receive an email to confirm that this has been offered.
Your cash becomes claimable 24 hours after you first see the Pop-Up; if you first see the Pop-Up at 2pm on Monday, then you can claim from 2pm on Tuesday. You will see a countdown on the home page which shows how much time is left before you can click to claim the bonus.
Once the countdown has counted down to zero, a 'Claim' button will appear instead. You can click the "Claim" button on the home page on the site.
How do I claim the Deposit Bonus Offer?
This will show as a Pop-Up telling you that you've been selected for a Deposit Bonus. This will also show a countdown to midnight. Once this has counted down you can make a qualifying deposit and then go back to the offer and click the 'Claim' button to claim your bonus. The maximum available amount will show on the tile on the home page, along with the amount of time you have before this expires.
How do I take part in the Cashback offer?
If you see a Cashback offer, you'd receive a percentage of any losses you have over a seven-day period. You'll see the start and end date there on the Pop-Up and the corresponding tile on the home page, along with the cashback amount, and any maximum payout limit.
The Cashback will be credited on the day after the promotional period has ended, between 3pm and 7pm.
How do I take part in the Daily Play Offer?
You may be offered a bonus for playing an amount on the games, over 3 out of 7 days.
On the Offer tile on the home page you'll see seven circles which fill in to show which days you've met the requirements, so you can use this to keep track! You can also see how much you have wagered by going to Menu > My Account > History > Gaming History.
The bonus will be credited on the day after the 7th day, no matter when you play! For example, even if you play on the first three available days, the bonus will be credited on the 8th day overall.
However, if you miss too many days and won't be able to meet the requirements, the message will disappear and let you know that something else is on its way instead.
Is there a wagering requirement with these offers?
There is not normally a wagering requirement attached to these offers. If there is, this will be stated in the terms and conditions which you can find at the bottom of the Pop-Up you receive.
When will I be credited for my offer?
An email will tell you when any credit will be applied, and what you need to do in order to receive it.
For most types of offer, the money is credited to your account on the day after the full promotional period has ended. You can check the end date in the Terms and Conditions of the email. For example, if you wager on the first three days of a week-long promotion, you would be paid after the full week had passed.
Any credit which you are eligible for would be added between 3pm and 7pm, although this can sometimes be a little delayed. We recommend allowing 72 hours from the stated date, just in case of any technical delays.
An email says I have already received the reward, but it’s not in my account.
Some offers need to be claimed by clicking the 'Claim' button on the home page within the Your Promotions section so double-check if you need to do that.
We aim to send our emails out at the same time that we credit accounts, but sometimes there can be a delay in the email being received so you may have already enjoyed the money! You can check for any credited reward by going to My Account > History > Reward History.
If you are not able to see the reward, please check that the email you received is for the playing account you are looking at. You will see your username towards the top of the email.
I missed my offer; can I still claim this?
Unfortunately, not. If you do not claim your offer before it expires, the bonus will stop being available. Rest assured there's plenty more to look forward to instead though, so look out for something else soon.
