Game Loading Issues
My screen says 'Spin your device the other way' when I try to load a game on mobile?
On mobile or tablet, our Slots require the device to be held 'Landscape'. Check you're holding the device the right way up, for the game you want to play, and that your device is set to automatically rotate the screen for you.

The games are slow to load, what should I do?
Temporary Internet Files and Cookies can build up within your browser whilst you play and affect the way our games are displayed, so we recommend clearing these regularly.

What should I do if this does not work?
Reset your device: This means turning it off and on again and closing all open webpages and Applications.
Check your Internet Connection: We recommend that all members use a WiFi connection to play rather than mobile data. If you do use mobile data to play on the site, you can try disabling and then enabling your internet connection. From most devices, you can turn your mobile data off temporarily within the Settings and Network Connections options.
If you are connected to Wi-Fi connection, then it would be beneficial to turn off your Internet Router for around 10-15 minutes.
Internet Browser: Make sure you are using the Internet browser either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox when playing on a computer, as these browsers have proven to be the ones which are most compatible with our site and games.
What happens if a game freezes while I'm playing?
All our games play on our secure servers, so you'll never miss out even if you don't get to see the results, as we'd add any wins automatically to your balance. If your game freezes whilst in a Bonus round, the game will usually wait for you to re-enter and finish the game. You can check to see if your game has completed by going to My Account > History > Game History.
