How do I close my account?

We'd want you to be having an amazing time, so we'd really appreciate it if you could tell us the reason why you wish to close your account, and if there is anything you think we can do better. What is the quickest way to close my account?
Email responses take up to 24 hours, so if you want a closure to be immediate, we recommend getting in touch via phone or Live Chat. If you prefer, you can set a Cool Off on the account to stop access while you await the closure.
How do I apply a Cool Off?
You can use our Cool Off tool to stop yourself logging in to your account. This can be as long as you like, from 1 day up to 6 weeks, and you can put this in place from the Responsible Gaming page in the My Account section.
