What is a Chat Restriction?

Chat restrictions are given when players break the terms and conditions of the site which they agree to when they register, or if a player repeatedly breaches our Chat Guidelines. This stops them from being able to talk in our Chat Rooms.

How long can I be restricted for?

The length of a Chat Ban is at the discretion of our Chat Management Team and will depend on the circumstances upon which it was made.

Please note, a Host cannot discuss restrictions for privacy reasons, so please do not ask if another member has been restricted or discuss restrictions in the chat.
